Location: Normanton, Wakefield
We are now looking for someone to join our organisation in the role of Internal Sales Support based out of our Normanton Branch and reporting to the Operations Manager as part of an expanding team.
The role is a customer service role and includes managing the sales e-mail inbox, processing sales orders (online, by e-mail, over the phone) and raising quotations. Other duties are: chasing quotes, creating parts and products on the system, updating and processing Purchase Order confirmations and being responsible for purchase order generation, placing on line orders making sure customers are updated with any changes.
Our customer service team also help grow the business with house account sales calls and website management. Along with producing weekly update reports for key accounts, you will answer any queries received and maintain customer relations.
With experience in a similar role and able to work to set deadlines, you will have excellent Excel skills (Spreadsheets – V-look ups and pivot tables), be proactive and flexible to the needs of the business and courteous and professional. Efficient and adaptable with good all-round administrative abilities and communication, you will be confident, thorough and collaborative and have excellent customer service and organisational skills.
